Hi @Anuraag92,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There are a few things you can try to resolve this issue.

  • Check if the WiFi driver is up to date:
  • Open the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager." Look for the network adapter section and expand it. Right-click on your WiFi adapter and select "Update driver." If there is a new driver available, Windows will download and install it automatically.
  • Restart the network adapter:
  • Sometimes restarting the network adapter can fix the issue. To do this, right-click on the Start button and select "Device Manager." Look for the network adapter section and expand it. Right-click on your WiFi adapter and select "Disable device." Wait for a few seconds, and then right-click on it again and select "Enable device."
  • Check if the WiFi is turned on:
  • Sometimes, WiFi can be turned off by accident. Look for the WiFi icon in the taskbar and click on it. If it's turned off, click on it again to turn it on.
  • Check for Windows Updates:
  • Microsoft may have released a patch that fixes the issue. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and click on "Check for updates."

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
