my laptop wifi is disconnecting again and again repeatedly. i have checked and there is no problem with the router . it is my laptop wifi only. i have also updated to latest network drivers.  still the issue persists. i dont know what to do. pls help

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have?

 

What is the Wi-Fi driver version and date?

 

What operating system are you running?

Realtek RTL8821 CE 802.1 lac PCIe Adapter 

 

Driver version : 2024.10.229.0

 

OS : windows 11 10.0.26100 Build 26100 24H2

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has for the Realtek RTL8821 CE 802.1 lac PCIe Adapter:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

 

2024.10.230.0

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp155501-156000/sp155596.exe 

 

There was a newer 2024.10.229.1 driver version than the one your notebook currently has installed, which was superseded by the one above.
