My hp laptop randomly disconnected to my wifi over night a week ago and hasn't connected since. It kept saying "error configuring network" I typed the password in multiple time correctly and it won't connect but my other devices connect just fine. Then I power washed it to see if it would help and then realized I need wifi to sign back in, which my laptop refuses to connect to.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
