Product: Elitebook 840 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The wifi option in Settings disappears and then reappears immediately, every 2-3 minutes.

 

I have tried out all the known simple remedies such as Network Reset, running the SFC command in CMD, unchecking the relevant box under the Power Management Tab in the wifi configuration settings, and many more.

 

During the small period for which the wifi option becomes practically non-existent, the laptop becomes as good as a computer that is not capable of a wireless connection; the wireless network driver is also not listed anywhere in Device Manager, not even under the hidden drivers' list.

 

This keeps happening repeatedly throughout the day! Please help me with this tough spot!!
