Hi
I have a HP 11 notebook running on windows 10 (32bit) and recently installed a new hard drive. My laptop is not picking up my home wifi network but picks up neighbour's wifi.
I went through troubleshooting but that did not solve anything.

Hi @TeeElle2023,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
Perform a network drain by following the below steps.
Turn of the laptop first and then turn off the router, wait for a minute > Power on the router first and then wait for the lights on the router to turn solid > power on the laptop and then check if your home network is available.
If the issue still persists, Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
