Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Support assistant was prompting me that my device needed to restart. It asked to do it now or later. I continued to click later multiple times.

After about 10 mins, while in the middle of an important project my device decides to shut down and restart. It looked as if it was doing some updates.

In a hurry to get back to my project I logged back on to find that I couldn’t connect to wifi. The wifi icon was totally missing. When I open up settings the computer seems to only recognize ethernet. No wifi adapter.

Please help! I need wifi to finish my projects!

BTW I recently downloaded Kaspersky Cloud antivirus. Im not sure if that could be part of the problem.
