HP Laptop 15-da0077TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to share my laptop's LAN internet to my phone Redmi note 5 pro. The phone connects to the laptop's built-in wifi hotspot but no internet connection is achieved. I have enabled sharing in adapter options of "network connections" and also change the phone wifi settings of ip configuration to static to match the ipv4 configuration of the LAN and also set the proxy settings. (otherwise the phone can not configure ip address in auto DHCP)

Morever command prompt shows "hosted network supported : no" when I typed "netsh wlan show drivers" and
"The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." when I typed "netsh wlan start hosted network".

I tried usb reverse tethering, although it connected somehow but the phone's apps do not work in reverse tethering internet.

I have all my drivers updated many times, uninstalled and re-installed many times too.

Can you provide a solution to it?
