Wifi upgrade for 14-ac111la

I have a laptop model: 14-ac111la, I would like to upgrade the Wifi card to improve the conection speed, could you please recomend me the wifi cards compatibles with this model.

Hi, Javier:

Your notebook should be able to support an upgrade to this model wifi adapter which also works with only one antenna wire.

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. 

I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.

Hello Paul,

sorry but, I do not have a "15.6 screen model", My laptop is a:  "14-ac111la (energy star)" and I have to buy and install the new card, and because I live in Argentina, it can take some time to receive the part.

Coul you please confirm that your advice is to my laptop model?

Yes, it will work in your notebook.  

I couldn't find the post where someone with a 14-ac model installed the RTL8821CE, and reported it works. 

The15-ac is pretty much the same model as the 14-ac, but has a larger display.
