HP Recommended

As of today I cannot access my internet provider from my HP laptop. I have no option to choose my provider. Any idea why this happened or how to fix it

Can it "see" other SSID's around (neighbors) ? If

 

  • Yes, probably it does not support 5.0HGz. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands, it can see 2.4GHz SSID ans allow you to connect
  • No, you may need to update/re-inslall driver. But what is your machine ?
