hi everyone! I got an HP laptop with win11 and i can not install any drives for my devices - like mouse, USB sticks, etc. - and therefore I can not really use it... I tried to switch off core integrity but it seems doesn't work too... any other ideas? does anybody experience the same thing? (the USB ports semms to me working as I stick anything to it look like its got electricity in it (leds are working in mouse, USB stick, charges thr headphone, etc )

Does the device manager show any problems?   Do you see a yellow "!" or a caution triangle?

 

Did this come with FreeDos and was upgraded to windows 11?


Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.

Thank you for your reply. I ran diagnostics and it says I face "critical fault in my USB system" and advised to contact HP about it. So thank you, your answer was very helpful.
