Hi @apmy41
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.
To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
While you respond to that, please try these steps - HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 😎
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!

H! Thank you for your response! I’m not currently able to check whether this solves my issue as I am awaiting an external drive for storage before attempting repair.
In the meantime, is there any possibility of printing from an iPhone to a Canon printer without use of a computer?
Will update when possible - thank you!

Thanks for replying @apmy41
If you Cannon supports AirPrint, you may try printing via AirPrint. Request you to get in touch with the Canon Printer Experts for more information 🙂
