Hello I have the same issue however different op system I am on windows 10 got the upgrade free was on windows 7 and now got all sorts troubles I can not get wireless adapter to work so had to by a small chip thing to plug in to be on the internet also when online for work reasons if need be on camera I get booted everytime and have to restart all and re log in everything is crazy and confusing as crap and am on a compaq presario cq57.  HELP PLS

Did you check compatible list before upgrade to Windows 10. Anyway, we need to know what is your CQ57 ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
