Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was working on public WiFi without power supply and got down to 13% power before leaving. 

Got home and plugged into power hub billboard device and now wireless adapter (code 43), right USB port, and touchscreen (i2C HID device code 10) won't work.  HP hardware diagnostic says everything operating correctly.  BIOS system firmware all up to date.  Scanned for viruses/malware.  Unchecked all the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power boxes" under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.  Reset TCP/IP settings.   Still nothing fixed.   Please help!
