Hello, 

 

Since a recent update the WiFi and Bluetooth have gone on my laptop. Do not appear ons settings or even in the device manager.

It Ried resetting network adaptors via settings, load drivers from the hp website, checked for windows updates but the laptop just cannot connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. 

Any help what else I could do? I'm lost
