Hello,

I recently formatted my computer and returned it to factory settings. But I am currently having problems with Wifi connection and the computer is not getting an update from Hp Support Asistance. This is urgent problem. Can you help me fast ?

That sounds like the drivers for the network ethernet and wireless are missing.  With a working PC, go to the support page and input the model number for the Pavilion 15, then click on software and drivers catagory.
