Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop wireless card is always very hot that it has started melting the cover little by little. Also it shows that i can connect to a network but when i try to connect **bleep** disconnects.  Please what can i do? The model of the wifi card is RALINK MODEL: RT3290
