HP OMEN 15-dh
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

The HP Omen laptop model -15dh0 model number was working fine until today morning. Since morning the wireless connectivity to the device has gone... I have a 5G connection and all my other laptops and devices are connected to the wifi other than this laptop. On running self diagnostics the following error keeps coming up:

"The Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560MHz adapter is experiencing driver (or hardware) related problems"

I have downloaded the wireless driver on another laptop and transferred to the HP via a USB stick and ran the software, but still no use...

Pls help and advice.

Regards,
Amit

This could be your situation.

If your computer is less than one year old, then exercise the HP Warranty to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.  Otherwise, purchase a wireless adapter with a USB interface, and connect that to your computer, and use it.

Of course, the expensive option would be to take the notebook to a computer technician, and pay $50 to $70 per hour for disassembly, purchase & replacement of the WiFi adapter, reassembly, and testing.
