Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day everyone!
I purchased this laptop few days ago and I had my Windows 10 (64-bit) installed.

I first used an ethernet cable to connect to Internet but later I wanted to check how wi-fi works. But nothing was shown, no networks, nothing.

I checked settings - network - airplane mode and there is says "wireless device not found".

I am kind of worried that there is an issue with laptop.

It clearly says that laptop has built-in wireless antenna.

I have tried some procedures that I have found on various forums but nothing helped.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Let's update the wireless driver through Device Manager

Downloading and installing the latest wireless LAN adapter driver can resolve common issues with the wireless Internet connection. Use Device Manager to find the latest WLAN driver.

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

  2. In the Device Manager window, double-click Network adapters, right-click the name of the wireless adapter, and then select Update driver.

    Update driver selection

  3. Click Search automatically for updated driver software.

    Update Driver Software window

  4. If an updated driver is found, follow the instructions to install it.

  5. Try to connect to the Internet.

Hey!

Drivers were not correctly installed and that caused the problem.

Thanks so much for help anyway!
