I recently received a the laptop.. so far I've only tried to get a feel of it seeing as tho I've been a little out of touch with devices... For the past 3 days I've been trying to figure out how to enable the wireless so that I can get on the internet at the library for school.. I've tried the start button and followed the directions on Google but no no avail.. so my questions are how do I enable and once it's enabled will I be able to use it anywhere WiFi is located? Also I wanted to know I've read that there can be a "button" on the front or side.. where would it be on this model?

@BlakBunni26,

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Have you checked if the WiFi Card is turned On?

Have you checked if the Wireless drivers are detected in the Device manager?

What is the Operating system installed on the PC?

What is the correct product number of your HP notebook?

Could you please respond to this post with the details, so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.

Eagerly waiting for your response!

Regards,

Jeet_Singh
