Won’t connect online

I just rebooted my laptop to manufactory reset. No when I get to the part Get Online - Pick a network and go online to finish setting up PC, it shows me all the WiFi's available but after that won’t let me choose the any and after a while a window shows telling me application is not responding. The program may respond again if you wait. Do you want to end this process?

Meanwhile, 

How was the reset attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media? 
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
