Product: Envy 7640

No error message. Blank paper comes out. Test will print. But my files sound like they are printing but paper is blank

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Does the print preview look good?
