@Faaiz00, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you've already performed a clean installation of Windows 11, updated drivers, and reset the system multiple times, here are some additional troubleshooting steps to try:

Check BIOS Settings

  • Update BIOS: Ensure you're running the latest BIOS version from the HP support website.
  • Reset BIOS to Defaults:
    1. Turn off the laptop.
    2. Press F10 repeatedly while turning it on to enter BIOS.
    3. Locate Restore Defaults or Load Setup Defaults, apply the changes, and restart.

Verify Device Manager Status

  • Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager).
  • Under Network Adapters:
    • Check if the Wi-Fi adapter is listed. If it's missing, enable "Show hidden devices" (View → Show hidden devices).
    • If listed, uninstall the adapter (Right-click → Uninstall device), then restart.
  • Under Universal Serial Bus controllers:
    • Look for USB Root Hub entries. If there’s a yellow warning sign, uninstall and restart.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Shut down the laptop.
  • Press F2 repeatedly while booting up to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Run tests for the Wireless Module and USB Ports.

Check Power Management Settings

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Locate your Wi-Fi adapter and USB Root Hub entries.
  • Right-click → PropertiesPower Management tab.
  • Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

Consider a Motherboard Issue

  • If USB and Wi-Fi fail across different OS environments and BIOS diagnostics show hardware faults, it could indicate a faulty motherboard.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
