Hello! On my hp 250 g5, i3 5005u I have a wi fi adapter Realtek RTL 8723BE , but  bluetooth don't working. May be this adapter don't possible to use on this notebook?

Hi:

 

That model card was offered in the 250 G5 according to chapter 3 of the service manual.

 

HP Notebook PC (Intel) * Models: 15-ay000 – 15-ay099 * Models: 15-ay100 – 15-ay199HP 250 G5 Notebook...

 

Maybe the Bluetooth radio on the Wi-Fi card's circuit board is no good.

 

You can replace/upgrade the Realtek RTL8723BE Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter to this dual band model:

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005

 

There should be plenty of them for sale on eBay.
