Employer recently bought a large number of HP ZBook 15 G3 Mobile Workstations with the 150W Thunderbolt 3 dock. Seems like everything is working except for the Ethernet port on the dock. I've reloaded the OS with a standard Windows 10 Pro 64-bit build and updated all drivers and firmware. The NIC is listed in Device Manager as a hidden device named Broadcom Simple Communications Device. It doesn't show up as a network adapter of any sort and doesn't seem to be functional other than this single hidden entry in device manager.
Is this correct or do I need to load some other type of driver? Has anybody had luck getting the Ethernet port on this dock to work under Windows 10 64-bit?
