sir in hp pavilion 129tx laptop right side alt key + f4 is not shutting down . it is not working or not happen in this laptop please tell me the answere as soon as possible

Does the left side Alt key + F4 work?

 

If the left side Alt key + F4 work, I suggest you run a Keyboard Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality of the right Alt key

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
