If you are running W10, that model Wi-Fi adapter does not work anymore with the latest builds of W10.

 

You have two options:

 

Use a USB Wi-Fi adapter or replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi card with one that is fully supported for W10.

 

You would have to provide the full model number or product number of your notebook in order for me to recommend a suitable replacement for the Ralink Wi-Fi card.
