Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

respected sir/mam  I am shivama Ahir from gujarat ... here my problem is tha i am not able to connected the bluetooth devices ffrom my laptoop (hp notebook 2000) this problem occer after i shifted on win 11 from win 7 ... 

can u help me without changing back to win 7 plzzz...

Hi:

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have and what is the full model number of your HP 2000 notebook?

 

Most of the Bluetooth adapters in that model series don't work on W10/W11 because they are too old.

 

But if let me know the above info, I'll see if there is a W10 driver for the BT.

 

You can always purchase a USB BT 5.0 adapter.  I would do that before going back to W7.
