Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP laptop running windows 11.  PC 14-D4000 4G1P2AV. After shut down, at next start up, always takes 45 minutes, using HPSA or right click diagnostics, to connect to wireless. No problem with wireless with any other device. My router etc are fine as no other device has problem so don't bother to reply if you want me to fool with router.
