Hello,

 

I bought the laptop recently and having constant issues with video conferencing. I thought it was limited only to zoom , but the issue also exists on teams or skype. The webcam quality is horrendous and the call constantly freezes or drops. It is impossible to have a chat at all. I have fast WIFI connection (90Mbs), uninstalled McAfee, updated all the drivers, checked for windows updates, gone through all diagnostic options in the HP support assistant and nothing seems to make a difference. Did anyone have similar issue and managed to resolve it? It's really frustrating to not to be able to use your £700 laptop to make a zoom call...

Any help hugely appreciated.
