bios version f39 is wifi=Bluetooth withelisted in bios or not

Hello my rt3290 wireless modul often brakes bluetooth or wlan connection 

Is wireless module whitlisted in bios f39 published over year ago?

or can i use any half size mpcie ac module?

hp expert please help

Hi:

You cannot install an Intel wifi adapter in your model since it has an AMD processor and chipset, but you can install this model wifi adapter...

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo    HP Part # 724935-001

The card is readily available on Amazon or eBay.  Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi adapter.

Before installing the card, uninstall the Ralink wifi and bluetooth drivers first in the device manager, and you may also have to uninstall the Ralink Bluetooth software in the Windows Control Panel>Programs section.

Below are the links to the latest W10 drivers for the Broadcom AC card.

I should have mentioned that the above card is the only dual band AC card I know of that will work in your notebook.

If for some reason you can't get the card from China, you can get the Broadcom dual band N card with bluetooth...

I don't know if these are easier to find in Poland, but that would be your only other alternative.

You can use the same drivers for this card as the AC card I posted above.

And it working very good

after insert this module I have to make bios recovery from USB because at first poweron laptop do not want to start after bios recovery all goes well

some tips for other users

before change wifi module download at last one driver package for new module and uninstall all drivers from previous module 

Before change module download latest bios and prepare bios recovery USB if pc do not show logo after module replacement power off pc insert prepared USB drive and press win key+b and power in this model with others mey be win key+v pc should read bios from USB and reset bios settings

if this do not work reinsert new wan module and ram modules and tray again

with antena cables wach out to attached labels on antena cables not to cable colors

windows update has wifi driver version 7.35.352.0

Do you know manufacture web site where i can always download updated drivers for AW-CE123H

Hi:

The last update from HP was the driver I gave you.

Windows Update will install 7.35.352.0, which you have now.

The wireless chip is a Broadcom model and Broadcom does not supply wifi drivers to the general public.

I am 99.9% sure that Broadcom no longer supports that model wifi card with updated drivers.

You're very welcome.

Sorry that you had a rather difficult time getting that card to work.

I figured it would just be plug and play.

And yes, always first uninstall the old wifi card devices (wifi and bluetooth) + the wireless and bluetooth drivers before installing the new card if it is a different model.

However I am glad to know that the card is working fine now.

Enjoy the much greater throughput and reliability.
