Hi, my HP Envy worked perfectly and now it starts to print and then disconnects.
I cannot get it to find the router nor the Mac wifi.
The instructions given by the chat and the specialist are useless as they ask me to turn the wifi off!
When I do that the Envy is not connected.
Can someone give me some good advice on how to reconnect the Envy to my Bouygues telecom wifi and then my MAc

Do you have other devices that connect to your Network?
We could try resetting the Network Settings back to defaults, then connect your printer to your Network and then Add it back to your Mac using Airprint
To provide you the accurate instructions, please provide me with the complete printer model or product number
