it came with FreeDOS 2.0. Probably you installed Windows 10 yourself. Did you also install Bluetooth driver ? The specs says it has Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter part # 792610-005.
You need to install the following software/driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98266.exe
