I had recently reset my laptop as my laptop would stutter frequently (sudden low cpu usage while playing games) which after resetting the laptop is still the case however I dont want the help for that now. Before resetting my laptop I had no bluetooth connectivity issues but now I do. I have a sony wh 1000xm5 headphones and sony wf 1000xm3 earphones which I am unable to connect to my laptop. The devices appear as unknown devices and when I try to connect them it says try again to connect the device or something. I am able to connect both the bluetooth devices on my phone. Please help (laptop: hp pavilion - 14-ce3007ne).

HiL
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions.
The drivers on your notebook's support page are way out of date.
