Product: HP 245 G5 NOTEBOOK
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i purchase my hp 245 G5 notebook laptop then bluetooth is working finely after formating(boosting) my device and downloding hp drivers for win 10 bluetooth is not opening

please give me suggestion regarding this issue

Hi:

 

Not all HP 245 G5 notebooks come with built in bluetooth.

 

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

If it has the Realtek RTL8188EE wifi adapter, your notebook does not have built in bluetooth.

But this laptop had Bluetooth when I purchased and also it was connected and opened but after upgrading pc bluetoot is not opening
