Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

That is a very common problem with the Ralink wifi card and the newer releases of W10.

 

The wifi and or/bluetooth completely disappear from the device manager.

 

Unfortunately there is no fix other than to replace the internal wifi card with a different model that is supported in your notebook's model series, or go back to Windows 8.1.

 

Or you can buy a USB Bluetooth adapter.
