I dont think I used any bluetooth items with this before, but I went to go add an external keyboard and ran into this
There is no bluetooth icon in quick action
There is no bluetooth section in device manager
I tried manually downloading and installing the drivers
I even "reset" this PC
Still nothing works. I looked this laptop up and it should have bluetooth 4.0
I cant do much in bios as it wont let me into advanced settings

Hi:
I looked up the specs for your notebook and it does not come with built in Bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN wireless connectivity specifications.
HP Pavilion 15-p114dx Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
There are two types of Wi-Fi cards used in PC's.
One is a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter, and one is Wi-Fi only.
Your notebook's Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi adapter is a Wi-Fi only card.
Your options would be to:
Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Replace the internal Realtek Wi-Fi card with the Realtek card that comes with Bluetooth:
Realtek RT8723BE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001.
HP Stream 13-C002dx 13-C Series Wireless Half Card RTL8723BE 753077-001 (K26-66) | eBay
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
