Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my bluetooth was working ok, but my laptop was slow so i decided to ReInstall windows 10 Home. After de Instalation I have no bluetooth drivers, no bluetooth on/off button, no bluetooth services. I tried using the troubleshooting but it says I have no bluetooth hardware. I´ve tried downloading the drivers from HP, but nothing happens.

Hi:

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

If the notebook you have was made in the last 8 years, the Bluetooth is an integral part of the Wi-Fi adapter, and you need to install the applicable Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.
