hp spectre x2 detachable 12-cOxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer:  hp spectre x2 detachable 12-cOxx

Router: Pace 5268AC - ATT

I got this computer a few days ago.  When I try to connect it to my home wireless network, it might work for a few seconds, then it freezes the wifi.  Wifi shows as 'connected, no internet' on my new computer, and no longer works for any other device (phones, computers, tablets).  When I disable the wifi, the wifi works normally again.

I have connected the computer to networks at other locations without problems.  My home wifi network has not had this problem with any other device.

Any ideas?

Hi

Possible hacking/malware.

Run Malwarebytes.

Also the configuration may need resetting, especially the DNS values.

If in doubt please ask.
