@Dany898, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding WiFi Connectivity Issues on HP Laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are experiencing difficulties connecting your HP laptop to a WiFi network despite having installed the driver, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Verify WiFi is Enabled: Ensure that the WiFi on your laptop is turned on. You can usually enable this by pressing the function key that has the wireless icon (usually F12 or another key on your keyboard) or through the network settings.

Run Windows Update: Make sure your system is up to date. Sometimes driver updates are available through Windows Update.

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Use HP Support Assistant: HP Support Assistant can automatically detect and update drivers for your HP laptop.

  • Launch HP Support Assistant from the Start Menu or the taskbar.
  • Follow the prompts to check for updates. Install any updates related to the network drivers.

Check Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start Menu and select Device Manager.
  • Navigate to Network adapters and right-click on your WiFi adapter (usually includes "Wireless" in its name).
  • Select "Update driver" and choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."

Check WiFi Network Details:

  • Click on the WiFi icon in the taskbar.
  • Ensure you're attempting to connect to the correct network.
  • Double-check the network password.

Reboot Your Router: Sometimes the issue may not be with your laptop but with the router itself. Turn off your router, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on.

Reinstall the WiFi Driver: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling the WiFi driver and reinstalling it.

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your WiFi adapter and select 'Uninstall device'.
  • Restart your laptop; it should automatically install the default driver.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
