Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My doughter´s computer does not show the icon for wifi and does not get any connection between network card and computer, has tried every way on HP`s website with drivers but none of it works, but when I plug in a wireless network card it works really well .. Can anyone here help me please / Mattias
