You need this driver for the smbus controller.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.

Please post the hardware ID's for the PCI and Network Controller, so I can figure out what drivers they need.

 

The network controller is the wifi adapter in need of a driver, which is why the wifi isn't working.
