I need  the blue tooth drivers for my device

Hi:

 

Not all HP notebooks came with Bluetooth.

 

If you are 100% sure your notebook came with Bluetooth and you upgraded it from W7 to W10, then most likely the Bluetooth was turned off in the HP connection manager during the upgrade process.

 

The problem is the HP connection manager does not work in W10, so...

 

Make a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.

 

https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop

 

Boot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to Try Ubuntu Without Installing.

 

Turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu. 

 

Once you have done that, shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer.

 

Turn on the PC, and once you are back into Windows, the Bluetooth should be showing up again.
