The notebook has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any other model Wi-Fi adapter other than the one that came with the notebook from working. It also must have the HP part number on the card or it won't work.
Your only option for a Wi-Fi card upgrade would be to purchase a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.
I use this model Wi-Fi adapter and it even has Bluetooth. It hardly sticks out of the USB port.

As I posted above, you can't.
The only way you can, would be to install a modified BIOS that removes the whitelist if one is available.
No one here can help you with that.
You would have to visit a site that may be of help such as BIOS-mods.com
Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source (bios-mods.com)
No HP consumer class notebook made before 2012 will support a different Wi-Fi adapter other than the one that came with the notebook.
