hey , i've bought my buds recently but i'm unable to find bluetooth option in my hp compag presario cq43 model laptop .so how can i solve my issue and why i'm unable to find bluetooth option in my laptop

Hey,

Not all CQ43 notebooks came with built in bluetooth.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

The model wifi adapter is what provides bluetooth if it is a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

yeah my network adaptor is broadcom 802.11n. so how can i use bluetooth as there is no option seen right in my laptop??

There's no model identifier on the Broadcom card?

Not all of those cards had bluetooth either.

If your notebook has the BCM4313, that should be a combination wifi/bluetooth card, so the only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the W8.1 Broadcom bluetooth driver for that model wifi card.

It's the only one that will work if your notebook has a Broadcom wifi card with bluetooth.

so my wifi card does not have any bluetooth version showing so what can i do know ? is there any possible way to use bluetooth?

Yes...buy a USB bluetooth adapter...
