Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Model 13-ag0301ng

Hey,

so I wanted to set up a mobile hotspot through my laptop [HP ENVY x360 Convertible Model 13-ag0301ng]. But my phone doesn't connect to the wifi - I enter the password and at the end it says"timeout" on my phone and won't connect.

Since I'm not a computer freak, I can't give any more information on what the problem might be - could someone help me and if so describe in detail what I can do? 😄

Maybe there is a German translation of all the terms?
