hp envy - tablet 360 laptop

I bought a refurbished hp laptop from microcenter. Installs ESET security and office and it worked fine. Went to use the laptop next day - the wireless icon was missing on the bottom of the laptop and it was not connected to any of the wireless networks.

Tried rebooting the computer and re-installing the driver and installing again and nothing has worked. This is the same issue on the 2nd laptop. Returned the 1st one and had to waste a lot of time setting up the 2nd one. About the return this one and not buy any hp laptop. This is frustrating. If this happened after few years- i would have bought a new wireless usb adapter and used it. Tried all the stuff mentioned on forums and nothing works

I understand that your HP notebook wireless adapter is not working correctly and you're getting an error message. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internethttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
