hp envy touchsmart 4-1290st BlueTooth Problem

Hi all

My HP is Envy Model No: 4-1290st

I have a problem with the bluetooth, that;
I am connecting to my Xiaomi BT Speaker with my Envy.

can find the Mi Speaker easyly and says CONNECTED, no problem with pairing.

There is also a BIIIP sound from the Mispeaker when it is connected.

However,  it does not transmit any sound from the notebook to the speaker.
I have deleted the BT device from device manager 2 times and reinstalled. Nothing has changed.

I connect the speaker to my pocket to see if it is a problem with the BT speaker.

It is working...
Why am I having trouble streaming/transmitting audio to BT speaker? 

Any idea?

You have to select it from Sound Settings.

 

   (a) Right click speaker icon,

   (b) Select Sound settings

   (c) Select your BT on the list  (the following image shows my machine which has (1) Headphones from the dock (2) Laptop speakers and (3) My BT headphones/speakers).

If you can't see your speaker on the list, you need a driver for it. Please contact Xiaomi to get its driver and install to your machine.

We regret to inform you that we do not have a special driver for Windows 10 of XIAOMI BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. If you need it, you can get it through a firmware upgrade. If there is a problem with your Bluetooth speaker, we suggest you go to the after-sales service center.

I hope the information will be helpful to you. However, If the issue persists, I would suggest you to go to the service centre along with the invoice. You can find the address of the service centre by referring to the link https://www.mi.com/global/service/warranty/. This warranty will not cover any human damage (physical or liquid damage) encountered on it.
