May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 

 

Follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change to reconfigure the printer on the network.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
