@Daredevil2020, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Stream x360 Convertible 11-aa0xx is having trouble finding or connecting to a wireless network, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Ensure Wi-Fi is Enabled: Make sure that the Wi-Fi feature is turned on. This can often be toggled with a function key (such as F12 on some HP laptops) that is marked with a wireless icon.

Check the Wireless Network: Verify that the EE Wi-Fi network is up and running and is within range. You can check this by trying to connect another device, such as a smartphone, to the network.

Restart the Router: Occasionally, restarting the router can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your router, wait for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart Your Laptop: Restarting the laptop can also help resolve temporary connectivity issues.

Update Network Drivers: Ensure that the Wi-Fi drivers on your HP Stream x360 are up to date. Visit the HP support website and search for your specific model to check for any available updates for network drivers.

Forget and Reconnect to the Network: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, then find your EE Wi-Fi network in the list of saved networks. Click on it and select "Forget." Then try reconnecting by selecting the network from the available list and entering the Wi-Fi password.

Check Network Adapter Settings: Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select "Properties." Ensure all necessary components are checked, such as TCP/IPv4.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
