i am trying to sync my cell, a Samsung Galaxy S10e and My Notebook 15-dy1051wm

My Notebook 15-dy1051wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both devices have Bluetooth and actually recognize each other. However, I cant sync them, i.e. show what's in the cell's display on the computer screen and vise versa.

@RQJ_8 Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to sync with phone.

 

Please install the Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98235.exe

 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same
